12.00 onwards £100 per hour

Event Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to withdraw first options in favour of clients who are able to confirm. All events must be paid in advance and funds cleared prior to hire. Cancellation of confirmed bookings: notification within 48 hours - 100% of fee, outside 48 hours - 50% of fee. Corporate accounts can be arranged subject to agreement prior to booking. Account payment terms are 14 days nett from date of hire. It should be noted that N1 Studios is not a music venue or nightclub, as such whilst music can be enjoyed at your event, it must not be of a level that will disturb others. The owner of N1 Studios carries substantial public and employer’s liability cover but cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to any equipment, valuables etc whilst at or left at the studios. Clients and visitors must ensure that their property, staff and guests are fully insured, as we cannot be held responsible or liable in any circumstances. N1 Studios cannot be held liable for disruptions or inconvenience caused by a third party or by circumstances beyond their control. The owners of N1 Studios reserve the right to vet the suitability of an event to the space and as such the liability is with the hirer to disclose accurately the nature of the event. We will also reserve the right to assess security arrangements, the management of any additional security being retained by us, whilst the cost would be additional to the hire. The behaviour of the guests remains the responsibility of the hirer. The conducting illegal practices or consumption of illegal substances whilst on the premises is strictly prohibited. The failure to meet or comply with the terms may result in cancellation before or during the event, in all matters the managements decision is final.
